Apr 23, 2026"Amazing service and hospitality while also providing great authentic shawarma wraps. I originally came from other reviews online and can confirm this restaurant does not disappoint. The moment you walk in the ambiance of the restaurant provides such a raw and authentic middle eastern experience that can show how great the food is even before tasting them. The man at the cash was extremely kind and polite, even though it was a busy restaurant he never rushed and described the different of the dishes. Food did not take long to arrive and was perfectly seasoned and cooked while also being a good portion. I ordered a crispy chicken shawarma which did not disappoint. I’ve tried a lot of shawarma places in my life from one of the cities with the most shawarma business and can confidently say Castle Bake in Edmonton is a top pick in my books. 10/10 would recommend to anyone just visiting or craving authentic shawarma wraps or pita."

Apr 20, 2026"Still, and always, the undefeated champion of authentic Lebanese breakfast in Edmonton. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, and the only thing that changes about this place is that it keeps getting better and better. Just when you think the food can’t get any better, they introduce new items that raise the bar once again. In my opinion, the AGB (Akawi Garlic Butter) pie is excellent. I also recently had the chance to try their Crispy Chicken Shawarma, and they absolutely nailed it. If you’re looking for a breakfast that will keep you full all day, have you talking about it all week, and won’t break the bank, head to Castle Bake. Highly recommended."

Mar 18, 2026"We had breakfast at Castle Bake Pita in Edmonton and it was a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious — perfect for a morning meal. What really made our visit special was Wael. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even offered my wife and me tea in the house, which was such a kind gesture. It made us feel more like guests than customers. Great food, great service, and a very warm atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place for breakfast!"

Mar 15, 2026"Castle Bake is a great place for fresh and tasty food. I often come here during the lunch rush, and they always treat me with the most respect. Even when it’s busy, the staff stay friendly, professional, and very fast with service. The manaesh is always soft, warm, and full of flavor, and the ingredients taste fresh every time. The portions are generous for the price, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. It’s a great spot for both dine-in and takeout. I’d definitely recommend Castle Bake to anyone looking for delicious manaesh, wraps, and quality food."

Mar 08, 2026"We had a phenomenal Arabic breakfast at Castle Bake Pita. The meat, cheese, zaatar, and spinach pies were so tasty, the hummus, labneh, and foul where great. Served with freshly baked to order bread. The shawarma was incredible! The middle eastern hospitality was evident, and the owner and staff where so great and even gave us free tea, extra fresh baked bread and lots of pickles, olives, and sliced veggies. They even have the authentic original Sriracha hot sauce!! Highly recommended, definitely check this place out!"
